UIB Foods provides chef-prepared meal prep, fresh prepared meals, packaged meal plans, local food delivery, catering, personal chef services, and event meal services.

All services, meals, menus, ingredients, delivery areas, availability, and pricing are subject to change based on business operations, ingredient availability, seasonal menus, kitchen capacity, and delivery scheduling.

Orders and Meal Availability

When placing an order, you agree to review your selected meals, quantities, delivery details, and payment information before checkout.

Meal availability may vary by week or season. Certain meals, sides, ingredients, or menu items may sell out or become unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or make reasonable menu adjustments when necessary due to supply issues, quality concerns, or operational needs.

We make every effort to provide accurate menu descriptions, nutrition details, and product information. However, minor differences may occur due to ingredient sourcing, preparation methods, portioning, or menu updates.

Catering and Personal Chef Services

Quotes or estimates for catering and personal chef services are based on the information provided at the time of request. Final pricing may change if the guest count, menu selection, service scope, location, timing, or event requirements change.

A deposit, advance payment, or confirmed agreement may be required for catering or custom food service bookings.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are listed or provided in connection with our website, order page, invoice, estimate, or service agreement. Prices may vary based on meal type, quantity, delivery location, customization, catering needs, taxes, service charges, or other applicable fees.

Payment is required at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Orders may not be prepared, delivered, or confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery

UIB Foods provides local delivery to eligible service areas. Delivery availability may depend on customer location, order size, delivery schedule, driver availability, weather, traffic, and operational factors.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address, phone number, gate code, apartment number, office details, or any instructions needed to complete delivery.

Once meals are delivered to the address provided, the customer is responsible for proper handling, refrigeration, storage, and consumption. UIB Foods is not responsible for food quality issues caused by meals being left outside, unattended, unrefrigerated, or handled improperly after delivery.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Because our meals are fresh, perishable, and prepared based on order volume, cancellations or changes must be requested as early as possible.

We reserve the right to limit or deny cancellations, changes, or refunds once an order has been confirmed, prepared, dispatched, or delivered.

For catering, events, personal chef services, or large meal orders, cancellation terms may vary depending on the size of the order, preparation requirements, and date of cancellation.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and determine the best resolution.

Food Allergies, Dietary Needs, and Nutrition Information

Customers are responsible for informing UIB Foods about allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, or special meal needs before placing an order.

While we make reasonable efforts to follow customer instructions, our meals may be prepared in kitchens where common allergens may be present, including but not limited to milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame.

UIB Foods does not guarantee that any meal is completely free from allergens, cross-contact, or specific ingredients unless confirmed in writing.

Nutrition information, calories, macros, and ingredient details are provided for general guidance only. Actual values may vary based on ingredients, portion size, preparation method, and supplier changes. Customers with medical conditions or strict dietary requirements should consult a qualified healthcare professional before relying on any meal plan or nutrition information.

Communication and Messaging

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from UIB Foods, including order confirmations, delivery updates, responses to inquiries, catering details, service updates, customer support messages, and occasional promotional messages.

Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

Customers who opt in can expect to receive updates about meal orders, scheduled deliveries, catering or event requests, responses to inquiries, customer support messages, menu updates, special offers, new meal plans, and other UIB Foods service updates.

You can cancel SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to +1 949-292-6365. After you send “STOP,” we may send a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

If you need help with the messaging program, you can reply “HELP” for assistance or contact us directly at info@uibfoods.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency may vary, but you will receive no more than one message per day. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
